Tips to by a laptop :
For day to day normal usage go for Intel i3 processor,at least 4GB DDR3 RAM,500GB or 1 TB HDD,5th or 6th Gen.
Don’t waste money on APU Processors,AMD Graphic cards.if you want to buy a lap with Graphic card u need to increase your budget to 33k.
Final Words : At 30K price point we can expect better than these laptops
